I have 10 days from the date of purchase to provide MNCS with the materials needed to produce my religious document. This is more than enough time. Therefore if I do not provide MNCS with what is needed to produce my religious document within 10 days from the date of purchase, I forfeit my card and refund. This policy exists to make sure I thoroughly follow directions and to make sure I take some responsibility in receiving your card in a timely fashion.

Outside of the 10 Day Refund Policy found above, if my religious document is not received within 60 days, I will request a refund. If I don’t request a refund within 60 days, that means I agree by default to allow MNCS to resolve the issue by sending more cards for the inconvenience. If I violate the 10 Day Refund Policy, this general refund policy becomes void ab initio, and the 10 Day Refund Policy stands.

I, the buyer, affirm that I am well aware of the product I am acquiring via purchase. I know what it is, what it does and what it does not do. I’ve done my own due diligence on the product. I’ve made sure to be informed and satisfied with my comprehension of the product. With that being said, I cannot later request a refund claiming the product was not properly described to me once I receive it.

I, the buyer, whether purchasing this item for myself and/or another, affirm that I have the authority to process this payment to complete this purchase. If I am not the owner of the commercial instrument used to complete this purchase, then by checking this box, I further affirm that the person to whom the commercial instrument was issued, has full knowledge of this purchase. Therefore, any disputes filed with the financial institution that issued the commercial instrument used to transact this purchase is void from the start.

I solemnly affirm that I have no ill will towards Moorish Nationality Card Services, nor its Trustees, nor the Moors’ divine and national movement, and am not an agent of any municipal/county/state/federal entities, not a willful direct or indirect party to ANY of their investigations on Moors, and I don’t plan on being such in the future. I am NOT COINTELPRO. I solemnly affirm that I am a Moor, and that I follow one of the many Moorish faiths. I solemnly affirm that my Moorish national identification card will be my private religious property and that said property is protected by my freedom of religion. I solemnly affirm that I know Moorish Nationality Card Services is a private religious service only rendered to Moors. I also acknowledge that said service does not come with legal help/legal representation if my Moorish national identification card is seized by any agent of any municipal/county/state/federal entities. I hold Moorish Nationality Card Services harmless. I solemnly affirm that the agreement between Moorish Nationality Card Services and myself is private. I have no intent to use my identification card in the commission of a crime. If I am found to do so, Moorish Nationality Card Services is not a party to any said crime. I furthermore am not a fugitive of the law, nor am I trying to escape deportation.
